These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and related services (the “Service”) provided by Aventra (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

  1. The Service is a platform that introduces and facilitates reservations for experiences and tours provided by independent local guides (“Guides”).

  2. We are not a travel agency or tour operator. All experiences are provided solely by the Guides under their own responsibility.

  3. We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, legality, or execution of any experience.

2. User Obligations

Users must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Interfere with the operation of the Service

  • Copy, reproduce, or use content without authorization

  • Engage in any unlawful or inappropriate conduct

3. Reservations and Payments

  1. Reservation terms, payment methods, cancellation, and refund policies are specified on each experience page and shall apply accordingly.

  2. We are not a party to any agreement between Users and Guides and shall not be responsible for payments, obligations, or disputes between them.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  1. Participation in any experience is at the User’s own risk.

  2. We shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage, theft, or harm arising during or in connection with any experience.

  3. We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by weather, transportation issues, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

  4. Any disputes between Users and Guides shall be resolved solely between those parties, without our involvement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Aventra and may not be used without prior permission.

6. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting on the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
